Returns & Exchanges
At Gumus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange. Please note that all returns and exchanges must meet the following requirements:
- The item must be in its original condition, with tags still attached and no signs of wear or damage.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at [contact@gumusbrand.com] to request a return or exchange.
- We will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
- Drop off the package at a Bosta shipping location or arrange for pickup.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the steps above to initiate the exchange. If the item you are exchanging for is of a different price than the original item, we will either refund the difference or request additional payment, as applicable.
